I know it says on the gauge.

At what point is boost at its maxium point?

 

The guage isn't too specific, you kind of have to guess.

You are at maximum boost when the guage is no longer going up. Maximum boost varies from car to car and depends on your elevation, ambient air tempurature and mods.
