Broken sensor
Okay. For reference, here's a picture of your standard LSJ.

Now, here's the same picture with the broken sensor circled:

To give you a little more info, a couple friends and I was installing a zzp midlength header/dp. Well, one of my friends decided that he was gonna crawl on top of the engine while I was underneath the car (we had the car on jack stands), and he ended up breaking one of the tips off of this sensor. There's a tip on the front of the sensor and a tip on the back side of the sensor. Each line that runs into it is a hard gloss black line. The front line runs to the throttle body as you can see, and the back line appears to go down the firewall and towards the back of the car.
I'm assuming this is some type of fuel vacuum sensor? Anyways, here is the problem resulting from the break. At WOT, and only at WOT, the car accelerates hard like it's supposed to, but then it'll cut out like the fuel is being cut. For those of you with the WOT box and no-lift shift, it reminds me of when you accidentally press the clutch when at WOT and the car cuts fuel thinking you're trying to NLS.
All-in-all, I need to know what sensor that is so I can order a new one. That's the best picture I have at the moment, and I've tried my best to explain what it is/where it is. Any help will be appreciated
Also... if your car is lowered, do your best to avoid ANY animal that crosses the road. I hit two armodillas AT ONCE going to work Friday morning. They bent the ac condensor but didn't bust it. However, it also bent the stock heat exchanger and radiator. I dunno if it busted the h e because I'm not using it anyways (CX racing front mount), but it busted the plastic tank on the passengers side of the radiator and I had to pay $111.00 for a new one. NO parts house can get them because it's still a dealer issued part, and the dealership wanted 357 washingtons plus tax for one.
Thank you ebay!

For future reference see if you can make the pics larger because it is tough. That is the purge solenoid. Your hose from the TB should go to there. It is called an EGR Purge Solenoid Valve. I also sell GM Parts should you need one.
