Just like the title states, can an oil cooler core be used as a water cooler?
It makes sense to me that it would, but I wanted to see if there was something I'm missing. I just have some ideas in my rolling in my head for another project.

are you considering a secondary heat exchanger? if you are the i would look on ebay for heat exchanger. there is someone who makes one of the perfect size 24 X 3 X 7. i would go for that.

I was just pondering over running an additional one along with the aftercooler exchanger when I go to a smaller pulley. The oil cooler ones are about the right size for what I want to do, but I need to find out if they'll work with water. Obviously I'd by a brand new on that has never had oil in it.
