Can't get ZZP on the phone. Why might this be?

Can't get ZZP on the phone. Why might this be?
I need to order a Stage 3 heat exchanger. I'd like to think that their unit is the best route to go. I simply cannot get in touch with them over the phone. Perhaps there's a way to communicate online with a respective ZZP agent.

Oh wow, I didn't realize that there was a thread just below this one based upon not being able to get in touch with OTTP. Yikes.
You know, i'd like to spend money with them. I'd like to order the damned thing. That's all! It's only money right? NO! It's business. I'm not pissed. I'm just curious if all is well or not.

They always answer e-mails in a timely fasion
Why do you need to get ahold of them about the s3 HE, its a damn good product all you need to do is click add to cart and be done with it.

Ofcourse there still in business, they dont answer there phones because they're to busy and dont have time to wait around for the phone to ring

why do ppl cry when they cant get someone on the phone
1. there on other calls
2. you can order it online
3. if you have a question about it, oh look! your at the right place
4. keep trying to call
5. send them a e-mail
6. call during business hrs.
