i HAVE A 2005 SS SC WITH THE GM STAGE 1, KN INTAKE, NGK STEP COLDER PLUGS, ZZP 2.8 PULLEY, AND THE GMPP MANIFOLD AND UNDER HALF AND FULL THROTTLE MY CAR HAS A REALLY BAD HICKUP. ITS ALMOST LIKE ITS MISSFIRING. I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAD ANY IDEAS OF WHAT THIS MIGHT BE.

might be the tune with 2.8? i know some people are reporting problems with a 2.8 with the GM stage 1/2 injectors but thats at WOT. Also when u say colder plugs how much colder have you gone? and what have u gapped them at? if you are coming into boost and they are gapped to large then u could "blow out the flame" or if your plugs are too cold they could be mayb fouling? if they are fouling then clearing it out a few times should clean'm up.

 

i HAVE ONE STEP COLDER PLUGS AND THE ARE GAPED AT .38. i WAS THINKING OF GETTING THE STAGE 3 PCM BUT I DONT KNOW IF THAT WOULD HELP AT ALL.

My car had the same issue. Its from the humity i have come to the conclusion. Today the car ran flawless. Yesterday it was super humid the car didnt go anywhere is had horrible throttle response.
