A clean LSJ Throttle Body.
A clean LSJ Throttle Body.
Sadly I was to dirty to take some pics with my IPhone but here is my LSJ TB all cleaned up, my car has 86k on it and this thing was pretty black on the back side. The front was not bad at all really. Took a whole 25 mins to do, and like 10 of that was unclipping the stupid sensor and vac line. My car idles fine now as i can tell, and is a tiny bit more peppy on free rev. A MUST DO for all LSJ cars. If there is not a write up I'll consider doing one here soon.

I did not really have the problem with the A/C on, but again I don't ever use it. I'll go and do a makeshift write-up for you guys tomorrow after my exams are done. My IPhone does not take the best pics, but it's a start.
That idle issue when stopped with the A/C on is a programming thing, the newest GM flash for the PCM usually fixes that.
How-to for removing the TB? Seriously?
Clamp going to the intake, hard black plastic line on the front side, 8-pin connector underneath. 4x 10mm bolts on the TB itself, off it comes. Don't let the orange o-ring fall out of the groove, normally it doesn't move at all though. Clean and put it back, done deal.
