We had a Mechanic install the fly wheel on crooked once. I hope everything is mated up between the clutch and the flywheel nice and flat.
Other than that did you resuse the stock slave cylinder/throwou bearing ?

yah reused stock throw out bearing, i think thats me issue, the has lots of pedal pressure now, but wont go into gear this blows . so close to driving yet so far

also another issue, i did not put my rubber cap on my line that attaches to the tranny, is there any way that i may just have only air in my throw out bearing, if so how do i just know if theres fluid in it, i dont have ny air in my clutch at all, its perfect, ive bled it like 20 times

I think the dealers have a special machine for bleeding the lines because its such a problem with the Cobalts from what I have read in past posts.

Fill the reservoir and lave the cap off.
Loosen the bleed screw.
Slowly pump the pedal until all bubbles are gone.
Close the bleed screw.
Fill the reservoir. Replace cap.
Pump the clutch.
Report back.

Result?

When you were putting the upper trani line on there should have been a bleeder nipple where the line connects to the tranni. you can only get to it from the underside of the car. You may also need to put that plastic cap back on as you will probably get leaking. The machine the dealers use is called a vacuum bleeder. You can also go to a parts store and pick up a hand pump vac bleeder.

is your flywheel modified from spec? if not thats your problem send your flywheel to spec and they will mod it for you. they said that the flywheel isnt the right setup for the clutch but they can mod it to work properly. i had the same issue now its all better im like 90% sure thats what it is
