Too bad about your clutch problems badmunkey. Also, about the last take in to the dealer. IF I were you I'd take it to another dealer. I went through 2 or 3 dealers before I got one with good service. Service really varies from dealer to dealer.....but you are definately right.....most dealers suck a$$. And if I do have a real problem, it's so nice to have a cousin who is a GM mechanic so I never have to worry about getting severly screwed over. BTW, the suggestion from another guy about shifting up at 3000 or so is defiantely good. I always drive like that and haven't had any slippage yet. Only rarely do I shift in the low 2000's. However, when I get the stage 2 kit, I may think about getting an upgraded clutch or not, depends on if I begin to have problems. But, so good so far....21, 000km on my car so far.

And sisn I started doing it my clutch is holding much beter.
I did change dealers. And am now geting beter service then I did at Tinney.
