From my experiences in J-body's, I would consider HAHN a very reputable and trustworthy company. Some of the fastest Cavaliers and Sunfires around are running HAHN kits.

If they weren't a solid company, then GM wouldn't have suggested them in their cookbook, would they?

As for the portfueler, I don't know about them saying it was required for any specific vehicle, but do know that I would kill to have the HAHN kit and portfueler set-up on my cavalier. From what I have seen the portfueler is a very well designed and nicely manufactured piece.

It may be costly, but at the time it was made, HP tuners wasn't available for the J-bodies yet. So I applaud them for offering an option for those who weren't content with band-aid fixes like AFPR's FMU's, etc etc

Have you seen what their Sunfire runs?

A unique combination of a turbocharger and supercharger on the same motor. Supposedly gives the best of both power adders into one engine.

(Hahn Racecraft claims to be doing some R&D work on this particular car. Someone at their facility told me it (twincharger kit) should be released early Fall, which is probably BS.)

We just talked about this again in the sales meeting regarding the twin charged kit. If everything goes as planned we hope to have this available this fall!
Thanks

This is the email I just received from the "sales department" of Hahn Racing. So there you have it.

So for everyone who is reading this it will be available to purchase by winter. Seeing as how in december they said it was going to be out early summer if everything goes as planned. I'm tired of waiting I guess that 3K will go to my next car screw the twincharge.

I cant wait to see some results. If all goes well after a few people have had the kits I can definitely see myself going that route.

so any ideas on how this would be done or what may be involved? I love the idea of a twin charged setup and since last year was hoping some news would come about and 8 months later not much has been said.

I don't like mixing Superchargers and turbos. It just ain't natural. God didn't intend them to mix.
