Codes!!! Plus limp mode

Codes!!! Plus limp mode
CEL is on and wont boost past 5psi and getting a jumpy idle. OK so i have searched far and wide and couldn't find any answers that worked. The codes that I have are:
P0069
P0325
P2228
P0327
I've replaced my air filter, map and scip sensor, and cleaned the MAF. Still getting the P0069 and the knock sensor codes. Now would the Knock sensor codes put my car into limp mode? I read that P0069 wouldn't threw my car into limp mode. Any suggestions would be great.
