Just looked at mine, and from what I can see without jacking it up they are doing something similar. I can't tell if the poly has started rotting like that, but I can feel a gap on the bottom between the poly and the inner sleeve.

you could always figure out what size you need and get spherical bearings.

Obviously any warranty for the JBP bushings will have to go through them, however we would like to take care of our customers. If you purchased a set of JBP control arm bushings from us and need or would like to replace them we would like to offer you a set of the INTENSE control arm bushings at a 50% discount. Email me if you have any questions.

In fact, I'll just take this one step further and if you have purchased JBP control arm bushings from anyone else (vendor or otherwise) and have proof of purchase that you can show us I'll extend the 50% offer to you as well.

Isn't poly supposed to pretty much last forever? Why would a bushing like that "rot"?

Poly is typically blended, so one blend may vary from the next, or it may have been a bad batch,

The poly can be formulated to a specific hardness, Its my theory that the JBP CABs are formulated too hard and dont absorb impact as well as a softer formulation would, causing them to brake down.......Anyone esle think this is accurate?????

There are many different forms of poly. There are a thousand different reasons they can be cracking like that on you guys. It would take too much time to try and explain it. One of the worst things that can be done is the poly molds are not placed in a vacuum to cure leaving bubbles in the mixture and weakening the item. Bubble also can be formed it the humidity is to high. And easy way to tell is if your mount is already broke and you take the center out and see if the form is full of bubbles.
