ok at idle (sometimes) i get a pretty crazy knock, i'm thinking it maybe my plugs or the tune? my car doesnt have a stage kit or any type of after market tune. the only mods i have are listed in my sig... so is that what it sounds like? bad plugs or tune??

 

welcome to the club.....my 07 has this knock at idle as well, im pretty sure its the timing chain tensioner, the dealer claims its not, but its coming from the timing chain area( LSJ's have had a few timing chain tnesioner problems). After you rev it the noise goes away( since its hydrualic).......6K miles and counting...so far it hasnt broke, but id swing it past the dealer just to show that its a problem.

 

My car has the same problem with the knocking noise at idle. to bad the stealers have had my car sence monday trying to figure out why my speakers keep blowing fuses and melting wires..

 

Wait... you are running colder than stock plugs on stock boost? I don't think that's good. I get a ticking noise at idle... but that's just the injectors.
