I'm not sure if i'm explaining it clearly. I just bought the ZZP catless DP without an O2 bung and so there isn't a spot for the sensor.

just as simple as pulling the rear 02 out, putting the peice i send you on it, than screwing it back in. do drilling, only tool needed would be an openended wrench
Can this anti-foul thing be done on a front o2? I guess I am also not understanding what the effect of putting these spacers on the 02 sensor...

basically what its for is if your getting a CEL because you deleted your cat. I don't have any emission testing / smog testing so I took out my cat and have a 3inch exhaust system. Now I have a check engine light because of no cat.

So I am going to buy this 7 dollar piece from this guy, unscrew my o2 sensor, slip this on the top of it, and screw it back in. There is no drilling required unless you do not have an o2 bung.

Let me know when your ready to sell one.

simulators do not work on our cars. ecu will throw a code for HO2S insufficient activity.

as for the non-fouler on the primary o2 sensor, don't do that. that will make your fuel trims FUBAR.

Yeah, that is what I was going to say. The PCM uses the first O2 sensor to make fuel trim adjustments. If you start messing with it you can cause all kinds of problems.

yep your gonna need to disable that code from the PCU if your not willing to get an O2 bung placed on your DP. HPT will do it, not sure what other program can do it though I'm sure there are others out there.

I'm surprised who ever tuned Zach06CobaltSC didn't disable that code when it was tuned. I wonder if they locked your PCU too. I know HPT is capable of doing that.
