This is my first supercharged car and i was just hoping to get a list of things you should and shouldnt do to make it last

Could someone please explain to me the difference in the 2.0 lsj and the lnf? Im new to cobalts and im trying to get an 05 sc and the all around body kit, so far I know that im looking for a 2.0L. What else?

 

LSJ is the 2.0 Ecotec Supercharged engine that comes in the 2005 to 2007 Cobalt SS's and the 2004 to 2007 Ion Red Line

LNF is the 2.0 Ecotec Turbocharged engine that comes in the 2008 to 2010 Cobalt SS.

 

So im looking for the 2.0l lsj? Thats the one with the highprofile wimg and body kit right? And ss wheels?

 

the lsj and lnf have the body kit, highrise wing, and ss wheels. The lsj is big chrome wheels, lnf wheels I like a lot better. They both come with the highrise but the lnf was a package I think all lsj's had the highrise unless you didnt want it. LNF is the same motor with some different things done, turbo, direct injection and I think some other upgrades internally.

 

They did make Cobalt SS's that were N/A from 2005 to 2007 IIRC. Make sure you look under the hood and see a big ol' supercharger. oh and it should have a boost gauge, and his Speedo should hit 160.
