I've had the little over 5k hiccup myself, happens every now and again when WOT.

I think maybe getting the newest reflash from the dealer may help. I'm going to have to make an appt.

Fuel cut is used to prevent Overboosting and Rev-Limit as well.

The IAT Sensor may be reading much colder than normal and trying to prevent a problem that the ECU is not designed to regulate.

What other mods besides an intake do you have?

I doubt it's fuel cut. I have *not* experienced it and I have a smaller pulley (3.0) and doing some maf trickery.

You might be hitting the boost bypass, does your boost gauge drop ?

i blame it on out drive-by wire system... not that its bad or anything, just needs refinement.

Drive by wire isn't perfect but it's not going to make it seem like the engine is bogging unless you have tripped the anti abuse programming by hitting the redline limiter.

If you hit the anti abuse programming just turn the car on and off....

You could have a leak somewhere AFTER the MAF check your claps to make sure they are tight I had that problem when the factory replaced my stock pipe with a new stock one and they left the 2nd clap from the TB was left loose the bottom piece of the tubes were open and sucking in extra air, so there's air there not being picked up by the MAF.

After I got everything tightened up thought with the injen it does cut fuel at about 6250 so I try to shift before that happenes and it only does it in first gear and in second if it's REALLY cold under 50F.

I think you just found your problem. If you were on "Low Fuel" the fuel could ahve sloshed moved away from the pick tube. GET GAS!!!
