engine swap

ok for some that dont kno got two ss with messed up engines fixed one
but my other one is a salvage title just want to get rid of it already. my friend offered me some money but we wanted to just put on the 2.4 ecotec. what we are wondering would this ?need the tranny swap to? or would we be able to use the ss tranny

by the way its a 2006 cobalt ss sc

so you wanna swap an Le5 into an SS/SC? could be done but like stated above, you'll need tranny and to rewire the car ooo and btw its gonna be a PITA

yeah my friend wanted to buy it off me so we were thinking of the cheapest way to just have it running since we saw there are stock cobalt ss witht he 2.4 non supercharged or turbo we thought that engine would work with the ss sc tranny
