This looks very promising I found it in that zzp thread you were in
I may try this!
Car Chemistry Shop

Edit read a ton of info on the site, I ordered it, its goes at the end of the header collector, Sounds promising and there dynos show no loss in hp.

this is the exact problem I had, and i had just got the LTH setup. Read my thread about it, turns out it was the VBand not sealing. I also have a superturbo muffler and it sounds good.

you really need to get the biggest of everything. I think its possible to run a 30in res in there. Make sure its at least 4-5inches in circumference. And get the biggest Super turbo or just chambered muffler you can. they make a few dynomax sizes...stick with the biggest. IIRC, its a 25inch case.

Alright man let me know how she sounds after you install it. If it works for $60 bucks i'm all over it haha. Does it just get welded into the collector?

I believe everything is sealed. After a couple days in it, it's really not that bad with the super turbo. I cant hear my exhaust at all cruising down the highway which is nice. I would just like it a little less loud and raspy when my foot is into it.

You can tack weld it in, or drill and pop rivet it, I have a welder, But I think Im going to rivet it, that way its easier to remove. They are in Texas as am I so I should get it next week, I'll definitely let you know how it goes.

Nope! so I know that has to do with the noise, but its really not raspy as they say, it was at first but as time went by, about a month or 2 it has gone away.

Well thats good atleast. Im catted and it's still loud haha. Well too loud for me. But my exhaust shop just called me and did some reseach. They want to put in a Walker Quietflow muffler. Apparently they work really good. I've never heard of Walker Exhaust but after doing some reading it sounds like it might work! And install isn't going to cost me anything so i'm gonna try it.
