Fans and Intercooler bump on all the time (with switch)
I have been reading and researching doing this for the past week or so. With the summer heat and a 2.9" pulley heatsoak sucks. So how hard is this mod to do in reality I looked at Johnny B's setup and it looks quite easy but the part where he shoved his wire in there didn't appeal to me that much, afraid of catching on fire and whatnot. So could somebody provide detailed instructions of the relays and the type of wire I will need to do this? I have already searcehd and researched some so don't say just search just help me out guy.

If you know someone with HP tuners, they can do that for you without all the extra wiring. a friend of mine (maxim_x) on the boards here has it done. just sitting with the car off he has the fans on low speed and the intercooler pump on...after about 15 minutes, his blower is colder than ambient air and his intake manifold is almost ice cold.

yes, everything is great, broke a switch in the process and had to buy another one but other than that while off it turns off the intercooler pump and fans I like it a whole lot.
