i installed the ngk bkr7e as well as getting my oil changed. hadent changed my plugs before from just flat out neglect. also cleaned my throttle body. i have to say the throttle body was pretty dirty along with the whole inside of the s/c. the throttle body clean def helped my idle problem (looking like a 16yr old slowing to a light while my car bouces from 500-2000k) this i am very stoked on. i feel though my car runs smoother but feels like its lost a step. my exhaust also pops when letting off a lot more than before. not like its missing but def more. the temps are much hotter today that in has been so i will take it out and give her some love when things cool down and see how she runs.
