Im at work so I dont got time to get into anything. I agree with your concept and what you are trying to say. Only thing I really have to say at this time is that nobody talks about the engine when talking about compressor efficiency because there are just too many variables to take into account seeing as how every engine is different. Its kind of like youre looking too deep into something that doesnt need to be analyzed that much. Know what Im trying to say?
If I get time tonight maybe I'll jump back into this. But its Friday so I wont make any gaurantees

Kewl, you can understand my position, a person says flat out that "You are Wrong" that person would want to discuss it.

It's fine to talk about the Supercharger by itself to compare the chargers, but it really does come down to how it works on the engine, you were looking at a pressure drop due to the higher capability of the compressor and the pressure not being made as high because of the higher volume that the compressor could create. I can happily agree with you in that situation, compressor only. The compressor will flow more volume at a lesser Psi because its capabilities were improved, but…

In my mind, I see things as they work and interact, The pressure drop for more volume EG that you sited simply was not possible when the two are combined and start to interact. I guess that is why we got off like that.

I wait for your future discussion and please feel free to elaborate on the things that you noticed elsewhere.

There is no way youre going to see 40-60hp with only a ported factory head and cams on a modern 4 cylinder. I would say 30 at most between the two. Any more and I would be really really surprised.

40 No Way. Not from Porting...

Get a smaller pulley and Flash the ECU to let you run more boost.
