holy crap this thread grew quick. a few things

-stage kits are under warrenty
-a new clutch would be a good idea/must
-from the catelogue it mentions seperate flashes for stg1 and stg2
-CED is using USPS to distribute their kits (more than likely I will be the canadian test dummy)

Other than that I think we can all agree we are going to love are cars even more after stg 2

Im not getting one till the stock one fails, problem being that Stage 3 was cancelled cuz the clutch could hold up, so im guessing that with stg 2 and some decent mods u'll problem experience some slippage. If you drive well and don't beat on the car im sure the stock clutch will hold, but my guess is that it won't last. just my 2 cents.

it would be crazy not to if its your daily driver. it will be now or later. everyone that is getting the smaller pulley is burning up there clutches. Its not smart to not plan on new clutch. i highly recommend not getting a stage kit if not new clutch

do i have to get a flywheel from the same company that makes the clutch or can i get a clutchmaster clutch and a fidanza flywheel, just cuz i can get a flywheel through jbp and i hear they are good aswell, it would also be easier for me that way.

Fu#K! I called my dealer today, and he said the part isn't in stock, but they weren't really taking orders today. I want to punch someone right now. I was working all day, and had some prior commitments today afterwards! Tomorrow, I don't care if I have to go AWOL for an hour, I am going to order this damn Stage 2 kit!!!!

Ordering my Stage 1 from My dealer tomm!

I ended up going back to the dealer later around 6pm and had them look it up through dealer world, and there it was. I have to pay them 500 plus tax, then it will be shipped to my door, i bring it to the dealer, and they install it for me!

Someone needs to call GM and ask if these kits are warranted. I don't trust the dealer giving you an answer. they'll tell you it won't be covered unless they install it, so they can make some money. My guess.
