GM Stage 2 colder plugs?

I have been running the ngk bkr7eix and i they are gapped at .40 and i still getting a cel with cai. Are you guys still getting cel with the cai with the gaps lower? Because i put them in to get rid of the cel and its starting to **** me off. I am debating on putting in the autolites. Any help would be good.
