do you have bigger wheels, or tires or something? i only ask because my 3rd gear is set to 7,000rpm, yet mine ends @ 117mph.
OR, could this be an lsd vs non lsd difference?
mine is non g85 ('06)
if you're running mid 13's before that, you'll be big pimpin' on the stock s/c like the 12.8 guys on the 1/4 list

makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. so once i get a tune i'll be seeing my rev limit go higher, thats cool. i'm going to get the CA stage 4 kit this fall, but before that i want to get my car prepared for that and get it as fast as possible before it. i'm hoping mid 13s before the kit. so i'll be getting dr's, axles, tranny work & nitrous....before the stage 4 kit.

well i'm hoping that'll be possible without doing any major internals mods. do you think it'll be possible? i want to go with a 75hp shot of nitrous (to start off with)

No way....The 3 tracks all within a 200 mile radius of here have a top speed of 130 or so mph on the straights for my car, and thats not even a fast heartbeat still in 4th gear, so if I wanna have fun it aint on a track for top end blasts. Lots of supercars around here use this particular stretch of interstate to easily do some 180-200 mph blasts. Anyway, didnt mean to hijack the thread....

To the original poster, was the guy's name from Modern Muscle, Paul? If so, he's a good guy, I was dynoed on his dynojet at 271whp/260wtq back in October of 2006 haha. His machine is sweet, I'm assuming it was the one set up on a trailer?
