That is awesome congrats

And when they say that no one has been able to get three hundred, I belive they are talking about a mustang dyno which reads lower.

Still awesome man! Glad to see my same setup doing well. No go beat the hell out of it.

Idk what they dynoed with but the dyno jet is a really good dyno and the guy is a very experienced tuner for cobalts

The answer is simple.

All dyno's, no matter what type vary in numbers.

His reads higher.

I'm gonna call BS untill I see a slip... I have a 2.85, meth, full exhaust, intake, and tuned by one of the best on this site and I'm 262/241... my tuner AREA47 is 280/265 on a 2.7, meth, full 3" exhaust, intake, and his crazy tune...

so :bs: untill I see a slip... OR THAT is one VERY generous dyno!

well, most guys with full bolt ons will get about 260-270whp with a 2.9. so i'm guessing what's surprising is how this particular tuner can squeeze over 60whp more out of your mods vs. anyone else in the country.

not saying it's not possible, just seems weird. if anything, it's a freak car.

Someone stole my car...JK...MY mods are in my sig and hope to pull similar numbers

i feel the the major deal is the tune
INTeNSE PCM is not as ideal
Mail order PCMs wont have nearly a sweet tune as a well developed custom tune

I added several big mods recently that i need to retune for so my car runs at (9.8 at WOT)

as soon as i am able to bring that down, i will be thinking aroun 330 with better exhaust

i dynoed around 218 stock with 102degree day

i am planning on replacing my muffler and adding a cobra heat exhanger or the new rad/HE combo deals

Look all I have to say is he wouldn't be putting down 290 ft.lbs of torque on a 2.8" pulley end of story!

Sorry it's not going to happen..

And all I have to say is if Area hasn't hit his 300whp with all the **** he has and his ungodly tunes, it wont happen on these little mods.

Hell, Paul in NY didn't hit 300whp and he had TONS of ****.

congratulations! now just think, with the injectors "working" and no exhaust leaks, 330whp...then go to a 2.5" and cooling mods and you could make 400whp! then a turbo setup and waaaahhhh 750whp is easily yours!

this dyno is very unrealistic. I wanna see a sheet.

God I want to dyno at that place. I can be a 600 whp bolt on ls1! Maybe they can show me there magic tunes also.

Seriously though there dyno was mis calibrated. Those numbers are not realistic.

something is wrong with the calibration of that dyno. You will never make 302 hp on a 2.8 pulley and no nos.
