dont flame, just wanna know if we have a harmonic damper. if we dont have a damper, we can have the lightweight flywheel AND a lightweight crank pulley correct?

 

The dampner is neither the flywheel or the pulley. So yes you can have both.The Dampner does betweent he pulley and the crank.
