hmmmmmmmmmmm

stock motor 500 hp vs built motor wound tighter cathaolic priests ******* on sunday.

gee, thats a hard choice
Yea I'd rather have a 500hp SC than tc, I know it's not cost efficient that's not the point. Not to mention building this car would be more in the realm of 15k... Can be done, will be done, just gotta finish restoring my 68 first.

so, you would rather argue with the guy who out ran the blower {pushed well beyond efficiency.}, than go with a more efficient way to make power and keep it drivable?

brings me to a point. a friend of mine built a 600+whp lsj, completely useless on the street. you name it. it had it done. turned down to 16 or so psi for pump gas. drove it from his house on a 6 hour road trip. beat the crap out of it while in another country. drive home still got 36+mpg. zero issues.

point being. driving a light switch of a car sucks. it's fine to have dreams, but there is one major flaw in your plan. when you see this. you will change your mind.
