Has anyone used or researched Royal Purples Purple Ice Coolant Additive?

I have now seen it on two car shows... two guy garage and sport tuner something or other

Both shows were quite positive about the results considering the price? The one stated that they had good results on their supercharged mustang when used in both the rad and intercooler. I suppose it can't hurt to try... or could it
