Well here you go...
Took about 45minutes because of those DAMN gm clamps! Ok to the good part, no leaks at all. I didnt drill into the chasis, I used "Lock Tight" velcro. I used it before very sturdy stuff. I let the car idle for a minute. I started seeing bubbles in the tank. Good news my pump is flowing. I took it for a spin light throttle and stopped a mile down the road and put some more coolant in the tank. I let idle for a minute. I went wide open throttle and man does it pull. Engine feel is much better. Thanks to STU!!! Now guys get off your butts and buy one!!!

It would be nice if we could figure out a way to fit in tanks like these.

Hey gang, well my car was a dog before I did this mod. I saw a thread about intercooler pump not working correctly or not at all. I thought my car could be the culprit because as soon as idrive for maybe 3 minutes it was a dog. Sure enough it was the damn pump. My car was acting the way it was new when pump running. Very little hesitation Now with this cooling mod (more fluid) it consistanly pulls hard. I dont know why the doubters, just be glad we have SOME people here who care!!! I stand behind this mod.
ok i am in NO way knocking this mod...........but..............
$8 generic coolant tank from autozone, plus $10 in heater hose, couple bucks here and there for fittings and clamps= $160 ??????
i guess i'm missing something here.......

Some people just arent capable of drilling a hole in plastic........
Hey I need support. Anybody need a radiator hose, I am selling it for $5 dollars a foot.....
Your right though, its your money, and if you are willing to pay it, he might as well bank it. More power to him....................
true. i give him credit for coming up with an awesome low buck idea that i am in the process of modifying/stealing and making my own today via the junkyard and some random parts.
one issue i see with this setup is the routing of the hoses. perhaps include some hose protecting wrap or teflon sheet to protect the hose as it crosses over the sharp edges of the h/e and a/c condenser, i can see that becoming a problem down the road.
