hellp me boost dies 05 ss sc
if you look at it there is a fill line on it. you should be able to see coolant
i just came back from running it the boost bypass mod....didnt work i did notice a burning smell while doing it though .... but coolant temp didnt go above 189.... so i have a stage 2 kit from my first cobalt that i never installed.... so i am going to see if i can find the damn thing....i will keep posting my progress in here untill i have a solution thanks guys.... ( it was to plug the hose that came directly from the supercharger to the supercharger bypass actuator correct ( the thing that has a squeaky spring in it )
or is it the second line actually going back to the solonoid... once again thanks

if you can find the stage 2 pulley then put it on and see if that helps.
i had a similar problem with a 2.7" pulley from zzp. it was belt slippage since i needed the larger idler pulley. i would hit 18 lbs then it would drop to about 8/10 at wot(belt chatter i believe). that could also be your problem. get the stage 2 belt or the larger idler puley
You need to go back to the basics before trying all of these other things. You're going to cause your self more headache than anything else.
Monitor your IAT2s (Do a Datalog) because the coolant is not your IAT2.
Then swap with the Stage 2 Pulley, and do another datalog. Compare results. You shouldn't have to go through anything else before having tried this first. You've already discovered you're running a sub-3" pulley on a GM Stage 2 tune. That's your problem, as far as we know. SO go back to Complete Stage 2 to see if the problem persists.

There is an ODBII scanner that lets you datalog, but it's not very good. It does log th IAT2s though.
Other than that, you most likely will need to use HP Tuners or something. I'm sure there's some one in your area that will help you datalog.

Thanks to ruler and Chevy ss sc my auxiliary water pump wasn't plugged in when the swap was done that was what they forgot to do I went to take the pulley off and I realized I had to take the charger out I said forget that so I raised the car up to see why I was having a clicking noise and found it then I turn around and find a plug dangling..... so kudos to everyone... oh do they come stock with a front mount heat exchanger.... and is it bad to cut the cat out and can I run race fuel in it
