Help me choose proper modifications, pulley size, etc

Hello all, From my introduction thread,

I am in the process of deciding which modifications to make a fun DD out of my cobalt SS / SC.

Currently I have the following items:

A stage 2 OTTP kit, consisting of:
2.8" Smoothflow MPS
60lb Flowmatched Injectors
Injector Harness
Larger Idler Pulley
NGK 1 Step Colder Copper Plugs
OTTP Stage 1 Heat Exchanger

Installed on the car is a cat back exhaust and air intake. I am sending the blower out to Posi Performance to be ported.

Currently, I am considering the following items to purchase from ZZP:
ZZP LSJ Dual Pass Intercooler plate kit w/ Option B & bracket
LSJ Phenolic Intake Spacer
Mid Length Header & Downpipe Combo, 1.75" primary, with spun metal cat
Aeroforce Interceptor Scan Gauge to monitor IAT2s.
ZZPerformance Will tune the car on their own dyno

I think I am going to get a 2.7" Pulley. I have no plans on using meth in my car, and I dont think anything under 2.6" is worth it for a DD.

Here are my questions:

With a 2.7" Pulley, do I need ONLY this oversized tensioner, or should I get the stage 2 belt as well? ZZP Seems to recommend both. I dont mind buying both, but not if they dont work together with a 2.7".

How about a higher flowing IC pump? Did this on my V and it helped out incredibly.

Any other modifications you recommend? Does this seem like a safe setup for a 2.7" DD?

Thanks in advance for everyones input!

I would order at least the dual pass if your going to be running a 2.8.

Why would you choose the badmab header over the mid length?

Well they was a thread a while back about the Shorty vs long tube headers and pretty much the thread ended up proving that shorty headers was better as no one had dyno proof that long tube made more hp then shorty.

YESS!!! YOU NEED BOTH. If you don't get the oversized tensioner pulley, look into buying the adjustable tensioner, but idk why you would pay more for the adjustable. Anyway, if you try to run just the S2 belt without the new tensioner pulley, your belt will explode. Ask me how I know

ZZP says theres no point in using a 2.7 over the 2.8 I have already, so I guess that is pointless.

No real benefit power wise to get the 2.7 over the 2.8
don't waste the time and effort, you're looking at maybe 3whp and a much hotter running car, and a headache.
