Premium gas (91-93 oct) is not enough for a TVS with a 2.6" pulley.

Can you run a 2.6" pulley on 93 octane? Prob, but with little to no timing.

To make power, you will need timing and the octane to support the timing increase.

Only running 10 degrees timing advance is silly with that blower.

That's about what I have in high octane mode.

Fun times for sure. I can only imagine what that's like on a TVS car

umm it sounds like u have a maf issue from the fuel dump ur talking about at higher rpms, but for 2.6 pulley if u expect to make any power ur gonna have to add meth or e85, u should be around 300 whp on a 3" pulley with a good tune.

Ok so I just swapped the pulley, changed plugs, and waiting on a new MAF so I can go back and retune it. I'm just wondering if the 25psi is causing a problem too

You don't need injectors that big either. 60's are good enough. I made more power than you with a clogged cat. I would. invest in a 2.8" pulley.

So in summary, bigger pulley, more timing, add meth, fix MAF. Anything else I should consider?

The table in HP Tuners only goes up to 11,100 Hertz, also as soon as the MAF senses 10,000 Hertz it raises the IDC to 105% causing a huge fuel dump and loss of power.
