Did you try jumping the car? Roll starting it? Did you disconnect the battery before removing the old PCM and installing it? Did you try removing cables and reconnecting on the battery after install?

And what leads you to conclude it's not a dead battery? If it's the security system, your starter won't even click.

do you still have your old PCM? If so try reinstalling that to see if you have any life.

Not to worry, my car runs fine .

The OP might want to try this though if jumping it doesn't work.

As already said, I recommend installing the previous ECM to see if it turns over fine. If so, then put the new ECM back in and try the relearn procedure again.

well as long as it does more(turn over/try to start & run)

but even with bigger injectors on a stock tune should fire/run...just not right

because something wasnt sealed up/put back properly and it seeped in would be my guess

from the intercooler system...dual pass(core swap) would make sense

If it got into your pistons then that would explain why it just clicks, fluid doesn't compress. It would be unable to crank. (unless your starters are strong enough to bend rods, I'm not sure but I'd doubt it).

I'm with Rootbeer though, did you do a dual pass endplate too?
