Pulled the plugs ... Water show.. but luckaly turns over fine . Hopefully it will be alright< gonna let it dry out over night.. Yea i did the duel pass .. I got confused and had the hoses roughted wrong because i didnt do an option b like the diagram i was looking at. but it still does make sence how coolent would end up in there.
Any thoughts .. obviously i could use some help here

Something did not seal properly when you removed the cores to flip and reinstalled the endplate. You may have damaged a core/gasket. I'd pull the cores and look for signs of damage/replace the endplate gasket and go from there.

Glad it turns over fine now, that must have been a lot of coolant.

when you swaped the lamnova coils around, either one isnt properly seated or has a messed up o-ring, possible dirty where the oring seats

how would i go about making sure they a seated properly without putting it all back together and seeingif this happens again

Check for rips, tears or damage to any gaskets or cores, dirt in the seats for them along with making sure everything is fully seated and torqued to spec.

i guess its round two tomorrow . Hopefully ill have better luck. Thanks for all your help. On a good not untill the epic fail of a start up everything went smoothly. Heat Exhanger fit perfectly. Thanks to the ZZP guys

and evidently there was no probelm with the pcm.. turned over find with the water out of the way

I've seen this happen before. A broken core, or torn o-ring will cause serious coolant leakage into the intake. Check out the endplate too, to make sure it's not damaged.

im just baffled by how they would have gotten damaged. They were fine before, pulled em out swaped around took 2 mins

no, the leak is inside the IM/endplate somewhere

I think this was the first help thread I've seen where a logical step of checks was done to find the problem starting from the most simple to the most complex that didn't involve someone chiming in with something that had absolutely nothing to do with the problem at hand...

Got the problem fixed and everything dried out. started up first try, changed the oil and its running fine ... Thank you Jesus..
