Higher Compression

I was looking up forged pistons and there are some that higher compression to 10:0 and 10:5. How much horsepower is gained with this? and is it safe to go to from 9:5 to 10:5?

U can go 10:1 and be fine and see a noticable gain in HP, not too much tho. This WILL require ARP headstuds.

10:1 will work for the m62. But that on a TVS or turbo is asking for trouble. I believe theres a build book of the LSJ where they put 10:1s in a m62 car to make 300whp correct?
