how bout a tuning thread?

just wondering if its possible to add a tuning thread on the forum.
people can post before and after gains, what was modded, any issues after the tune, ect ect, questions and answers, best methods, added goodies, stuff like that, ive been on a few other forums and they have a seperate therad dedicated just for tuning, thought it would be a good idea if we can get that here, it would benefit everyone including the pros, the newbs and the guys that go to a specific shop that get there tunes, also it can be a godo tool to compare a/f ratios, IDC's, intake temps, ect ect, just blabbering, im just getting into the tuning now, thanks very much to meister at steeda.ca, a thread dedicated for tuning in my opinion would be very useful and alot more search friendly, just a thought.

sorry the title should be how bout a tuning forum lol.

sharing tables for learning purposes and suggestions is an awesome idea, dont get me wrong... but.. the only way you can find a perfect tune is to create one with road driving and a dyno. not cut-n-paste.

I think this is a good idea. we can discuss issues like how to properly tune 60lb injectors, and how to make are car idle correctly after mods and HP tuners

This isn't the first time its been brought up. I agree it would be nice to have a tuning section. So far the requests have fallen on deaf ears.

Smack! Did ya hear that Zinner? Just playing. Seriously let's get this deal rolling. I'm going to need a tune for 60lb injectors with my future mods just to get the tuning process started. I definately will have to have a custom tune done though as it will be quite different than any other setup seen thus far.

This is the best thread idea yet,I will be using HP tuners soon, and it would be alot easier to gather info, instead of the present alternative

anybody have any tips on how to scale 60 lbs correctly. I have had the 60's for some time now but can't figure out how to adjust them past 63.49 b/c hp tuners has a limit. I think this is effecting my idle.

They won't scale past that. That is as high as the PCM will accept. You need to adjust your min pulse width and pulse adder to correct the idle issues. Mine are fine now.

And Zinner, you know why it isn't that big of a deal to me. I have other sources
