How does this happen?!
well i can tell you one thing, that snout was not machined properly. and the bolts look like they're flush with the hub, which there should be a gap the thickness of the pulley.. obviously lol. which is reflected in the pulley on the top bore where it looks like the bolt was tightened so much it compressed. and the other three bores look like they're flared out almost as if someone tried to increase the diameter for some reason and didn't clean off the burs. it's just aluminum..it has a tolerance..

Nope pulley was brand new bro, n I don't think my dad overtightened them. What do you mean the snout is machined wrong?

Bolts loosened up and moved in hub every time you hit boost?
The bolts are tougher than the pulley so they would abrade the pulley until it got weak enough to break.
Like when wheel nuts are loose and oval out the holes on a rim.
