I have ZZP S2 and only the S3 Heat Exchanger and I am custom tuned not canned from them I have no issues unless it's a 100+ outside and I did a few fun pulls on the freeway and I go down to a stop for a while my AIT2s will spike high 140's - low 150's. when cruising even under WOT they don't go above 120.

you can run the canned tune, its just very conservative. also recomended to run cooling mods, i would say just go with the smallest pulley you can to prevent going lower later on. also you just invest in the phenolic spacer as well as option b tank and dual pass so you dont have to wait on aits. just my suggestion.

Your question is too broad..
Refined how? It's easily the most used supercharger upgrade kit and the tune works with it, but it's conservative.

3.0 and lower pulleys would require more cooling mods.

My advise: never deal with zzp. Their customer service has a couple steps beyond horrible during my very recent, or rather ongoing, encounter with them. Do not get their pcm. If anything is wrong with it, it will take 3 weeks (AND COUNTING) for any solution.

Good luck getting an e-mail back. I think its pretty shitty business not to answer your phone, but hey that's just me and what do I know. I only worked as a Manager of auto parts stores for 13 years and now support thousands of airport / airline customers all over the world.

By "refined" im assuming you mean, reliability, smoothness, safe power? Im sure zzp canned tunes are decent to get you going, but anytime we do any kind of stage kit install's or something as small as pulley/injector changes it is always best to get a full vehicle tune by a reputable tuner in your area.

I was reflashed s2 from zzp 2 years ago. When I got hp tuned a little after 3 months of having the reflash. The tune wasn't that much off. So in other words for a reflash it's pretty good. My buddy had a ottp reflash and when he was tuned. It was way off. So your safe with zzp
