how to tell if the intercooler pump is not working
Well let's put it this way...my last cobalt I ran for over a year on stage 2 with no pump and I drove the hell out of it. Never blew anything. And it's hot as hell down here in FL. There are parameters in the tune that cut boost if the IAT2s get too high, as a provision to keep from blowing the motor.
In that case, the pump on my 1 year 10 month old car (with 15,000 miles) is aok (I'm still spiking 15psi!).
Boost has nothing to do with your pump's functionality.
mine stop when me and my tuner saw the IAT2's hit around 210*... lol
i'll try to get it swapped out at the dealer tomorow with the suspension.. :P

mine took a **** on me last night
iat2's of 180 when its only 45 out after a 1-3 pull
my car only has 19K and its an 07 hoping the dealer can get a new one installed today otherwise i'll have to overnight parts from japan to fix it
