how to tell if the intercooler pump is not working

Your car might still have the powertrain warranty on it so you might be able to get the pump covered. Idk what it is on the 05 and 06 models but on mine it's 5yrs/100k miles.

I think 05s and 06s are 60k

Just looked in my 2006 Cobalt brochure. It's 5yrs/60k miles, I think the 2005's are the same.

Boost has nothing to do with your pump's functionality.

I'm curious to, my dealership said they would ed. Said my warranty on my 06 was over at 45000 um bull, at least from what you guys say.

mine stop when me and my tuner saw the IAT2's hit around 210*... lol

i'll try to get it swapped out at the dealer tomorow with the suspension.. :P

hopefuly they will because all the mecanics there know my car with the GM stage 3 + the add-ons.. :P

mine took a **** on me last night iat2's of 180 when its only 45 out after a 1-3 pull my car only has 19K and its an 07 hoping the dealer can get a new one installed today otherwise i'll have to overnight parts from japan to fix it

my connectors from the pump and the connection are all corroded..

GM is gonna ship overnight from US to Ottawa
