I bought a 05 cobalt SS a month and a half ago. I had replaced the clutch and noticed that it has a long tube zzp header and zzp cat delete also has a typhoon cold air intake.
Now I am wondering if the previous owner had it tuned also. How can i detect if it has been tuned for the mods.

 

what color are the injectors post a pic of them and he blower pulley

 

I will after I get of from work today. The pulley looks to be stock, its not a two piece.

 

by looking at the ECU, they may not be a way. I do know ZZP wrote on the ECU they sent me with sharpie, with abreviations of what they tuned for. It iwas tuned by ZZP maybe they did the same for yours.

 

I will also check to see if there is any special markings on the ecu. Thanks

 

Generally, one of the easiest ways to know if an LSJ is tuned is by knowing at what RPM it hits redline.

If it's stock tune, it'll redline at 6500. Any tune should raise the redline to at least 7000 or higher.
