i was wondering if other people who have done the gm stage 2 flash with hp tuners have had their car running rich?? and what the difference are between the 05 gms2 flash and the 06 if there's any??

 

i have an 06 with stg2 and i run rich.. puff black on cold start till it warms up.. i think gm just dumps the fuel in !!! i was thinking of putting wide band in to see how it is and get it tuned on a dyno.. but better rich then lean

 

All the Gmstg2 tunes will run rich. They are set up this way from the factory. They are shitty tunes. And i wouldn't agree with the statement "better rich than lean" running too rich can cause just as many problems as running too lean.

 

1 difference.

Put 06 flash on to an 05 OR 05 flash on to an 06 and your gas gauge flips reverse.

Empty = full
Full = empty

 

05 and 06 flashes are the same the 07 are different. weird about the fuel gauge I haven't run into this yet.
