Ill be different, get the exhaust, then stage 2 you will be blown away how much the stage benefits from the free'd up flow. and being a high school student i know how tight money is, if u get stage 2 then u have to run premium all the time and gas mileage will go down 2-4 mpg.

Yea thats the bad thing but what can you expect your running bigger injectors so oh well ill just work a little extra lol plus i put in premium anyway so its not that big just will burn faster.

I agree with the GM kits for you. I plan on keeping mine in warranty as well simply because I don't have the cash to afford any repairs. I'm not big on the exhausts though. I guess I'm just too used to driving V8s but I don't like the sound of any of them. They all sound too rice to me. Not as bad as the "SVT" Contour this guy in my complex has but still more than I would like. I like my car being more audibly subtle but would get an exhaust if they ever figure out a way to make it sound like some of the WRX exhausts I've heard. I heard one at NOPI one day that was just insane, it was loud but it was VERY deep.

btw, if you're looking for instant gratification, Id say go for exhaust. I just ordered my Stage 2 from Crate Engine Depot a few hours ago and they said they expect their inventory shipment in in Mid April.

im sticking with non-warrenty breaking parts so stick with the gm stage kits i noticed a huge diffrence.. smoked a kid in a new bmw 330cl didnt start to race untill 80mph so that will show you the power it has... stage two rocks and if your getting it for 550 thats a great deal!
