IC pump replace shhhstorm!

So i got the bottom line off but god the top one wont budge i cant even get the clamp to move up...any suggestions??? Im going insane

Cut the line a put a new clamp on for the new pump if u got enogu slack to use

I know when i replaced mine they were glued on as well as clamped.. stupid but it'll come off eventually haha

Heat gun the hose to make it soft. Use gloves to remove it

Nah i got someone to come pull the hose from above the bay while i had the clamp on the bottom and it came right off then thank god....iat numbers already alot better thank god now my option b is going in

The zzp way lol i was not paying attention and connected it to the wrong hose because my dual pass is setup different then zzp way so when i followed the zzp diagram i ended up going into the correc hose for the zzp setup but wrong hose for my setup i realized this after i sold the kit to a friend and installed it for him and got it working correctly.

Yeah when I replaced my IC it took like 3hours, struggled on that top hose forever and when it finally let go I was rewarded with a face full of coolant....It was a lovely day.......

the clamps are epoxied to the hose to suit production, the clamp has a locking clip when fully opened, to stay open. Use the tool , lock it open, use a pic, between the nipple and the hose, squirt some silicone spray in there, and then twist and off. install new pump slip hose on, release clamp / u r dun.

ps band aids, peroxide, whiskey and 911 are options.
