Idea for HE

I had an idea for my cobalt. I was thinking about making a spraying system like the Mopar Stage 3 w/toys. I would mount a conainer in the trunk for water. Then, run the hose under the car. Have a small pump to pump water to the front of the car. A solenoid to activate the sprayers. And a switch for full throttle. I was trying to figure out if I just want to spray the HE or also spray the SC as well. What do you think? Is it even worth me thinking about doing this? Thank you for any advice and please don't flame me. I had nothing going on at work today, so this is what I thought of while I was bored.
