Idle, Driving, Accelerating, all kinds of issues Plz help!

Okay I have a 07 Cobalt SS/SC and my current mods are as follows: Ottp stage I kit w/ tune, 79lbs injectors, stage II belt, Injen CAI, TTR solid motor and tranny mounts, Clear Image 1 3/4" primary header + 3" catless DP, Vibrant 3" ultra quiet resonator, and Hahn 3" catback. Spark plugs are I believe step 2 colder plugs (NGK). Okay here are my issues: start car up idles around 900k or 1k and will bounce within 100k or 200k extra above normal idle untill warm up. When I go to accelerate, but not all the time, the car will hessatate if not almost die then get power back; it will also sometimes bog down and can't get the power that matches the throttle i have it at and will also look in mirror to find and see blueish black smoke durring this cycle. After car is really warm-up'd i still get same smoke durring hard acceleration. (Kind shitty) Called Sean from Ottp and they are having trouble pin pointing it too. Thanks for all his help and patients with me on calling up and trying to describe my issues. I also have a AEM wideband installed and at idle it says "11.7" afr When i normal driving through town 30 to 40 mph says same thing. When I get on it and stay on it I watch the afr go from 11.7 to 9.5 / 2 and lower sometimes I think. then when i let off the gas it bounces all the way back till i get "- - -" on the read out. Any help on will be greatly appreciated. Oh and i also running with the boost bypass mod cause other wise the car runs like complete **** with the tube hooked up. Like the car really shutters from accelerations sometimes if not most of the time.
I live in southwest wisconsin too.

Thanks again guys and gals.

I had that low rpm bog or hesitation a little while ago. I added some timing down low in that just of idle area of the spark table. Also I noticed it was mostly when it was cold so I added to the IAT Spark and ECT Spark tables. Runs pretty good now. Hope that helps.

Wait, you have the OTT Tune with 79lb injectors when the kit comes with 60's?

They said they would tune for the 79lbs making the adjustment in there program if i do remember. I was going to check the spark plugs to see if a plug is fouled or not seated right or something. It runs real well when I have drove it for a long period of time.

If you know how to do all that I would be willing to drive a distance for some one to take a look at it. No one in my area has knowledge nor experience with this stuff. Let me know. Thanks for the adv.

Well to me it sounds like you're running extremely rich because the PCM can't control the 79's properly. I'd try to meet up with someone and have them check out the flash.
