What kind of fluctuation exactly? From where to where in the RPM range? Is the clutch in or sitting in neutral? What rpm are you shifting into neutral at? Does it go away after a time or is it constant? Some others have had idle issues, but sometimes it is normal for the engine to do that and quickly smooth itself out.

I already have a thread on something like that. Read it, it might help you. You need to reflash the ECU people are saying. Thread is named "Unknowned problem...please take a look"

They havn't said **** about any of my mods, and hopefully they won't. But if they do I will raise hell. I'll print of all the posts pertaining to the idle issue and show them. If they try to act like dicks I'll really rub it in their face about how they fucked up on the idle issue. I would feel bad if I allowed thim to dick me over because then that just gives them room to screw others over as well.

if you take the car to a dealer theyre just going to reflash the pcm at this time. the tsb states its a possible fix but if it doesnt fix all you can do is wait, gm is currently working on a fix. i only know this cause i have this problem and looked into at work the other day. personally, i dont feel like dealing with moving stuff around to get my car right in front of the computer to reflash it (cobalt reflashes cannot be done remotely via tech 2, must be direct connection) so im just going to live with it for now, its not that big a deal to me.
