Trying to "get down" dawg, and by that I mean I should be purchasing coilovers by the end of the day
Also, two things I noticed when installing the F40. ZZP rotated trans mounts would be ideal because of their shape, the front will clear the trans with no problem. I have the Powell/OTT P style mounts (before the shenanigans went down) and with those you will either have to grind a little off the mount or grind the little cast lip off the trans. It doesn't take much to clear, maybe 1/16-1/8" removed, but the front trans mount won't fit as it is. I just took a rotary tool to the lip on the trans, 20 seconds of grinding and it fit like a glove.
The other thing pertains to 04-05 redlines with the deep passenger side cup holder near the shifter. With the new shifter base it needs to be notched out a little bit under the cup holder corner for it to snap into place all the way. Again, a minute or so of trimming and it will fit correctly. Nothing major, just 2 observations I thought should be noted to speed up the next persons process!

Thank ya sir! Looks like I should be taking another vacation to come down and help you get stuff done during my 3 weeks off starting next Thursday
Got the fusebox in and power cables and grounds all ran last night, and wrapped up some more harness and uncovered wires. A little here, a little there.

Not really a tuck since I'm not shaving the bay or making my own harness or anything too extensive, just eliminating unnecessary plugs and wires and hiding some things out of the way. It's pretty convenient working on the car when there is no oil cooler, so much more room! The shifter design and location on the top of the trans makes it a little harder to hide the harness and wires where I used to though, so I have to be a little sneakier.

You should see the white in person
Its pearl white with gold boat flake, and red pearl in the clear. Pics do not come close to showing what it really looks like. My friend made the color combo

Brainstormed some ideas last night while I was there for a few minutes dropping something off. I cut the bracket on the steam tube that holds the Baro pressure sensor and relocated the sensor down to the stud that bolts into the trans that holds the ground cables. I am also either going to really clean up or paint the steam tube, or flip it and cut it and route it under the intake manifold. I am also planning to change up the ECU and fusebox mounting. I am going to pull the fusebox back out and take out the big black bracket that it and the ECU mount too. I am then going to make some small mounts that shouldn't be too visible, and mount the fusebox pretty much in it's factory location, just with less hardware, and then tuck the ECU underneath it facing downward. I'd like the wires from the ECU to face the rear, but without lengthening them, it just wont be possible. I've also relocated the relays that mount to the front of the engine bay almost directly behind the headlights. I'm sure I'll come up with more, but I think that will be my project for this weekend if I get some time to work on it.
As far as paint goes, my intake manifold and probably intake will be painted the same gray as the coil cover, and my charge pipe that connects to the TB and goes downward will be the same white as my VC.

So many ideas! Glad I got time lol. I think I'm going to get the car driving and make sure its mechanically sound and functional, then when I take things off to paint them, I'll finish the rest of the cleaning up of the wiring.
Found a new fuel pump canister, so need to get that here, then I can drop the tank and replace that along with the new pump.
