Inspection question

I had a question about whether or not i will pass Delaware inspection. I have a GMPP performance catback and and XTC 2.5 catted downpipe. Will i pass emissions and will my car be too loud?

GMPP Catback is fine. And the downpipe has a cat... so I don't see why it wouldn't.

As long as you dont have a check engine light due to the high flow cat, you will pass inspection.

Noise has nothing to do with the emissions test. You should be fine.
