Intake Problem and CEL?????

my CEL came on tyhe other day, scnned it at autozone it was a P0171 code "lean code" {installed for 750 miles }. well anyways later that day it went off when i did a hard pull in 2nd, went off near redline.
But next day i was driving and did a quick 2nd gear pull , got to top of 2nd then slowed down and my car did sometyhing weird

It felt as if my car was about to die and had no power it was just sluggish until i could get to a stop and at a stop it idled bad and sounded like i had a cam it would idle high then drop to low and almost shutoff. i shut/off restarted car and its fine hasnt done it again

do i need to clean the MAF sensor?
what is the problem? "besides intake code" or does it mean i need better sparkplugs?

check to make sure everything is on there tight. filter is still on, maf is in good, all connections are tight. make sure the filter is not wet. sometimes with the oiled filters, if they are a little over-oiled it will get on the maf and whack things out. a good maf cleaning can't hurt either.

well then it's very possible either something came loose, or your maf is dirty.
