Doubt it, the rods arent damaged, nor does it appear it stuffed from any kind of detonation damage. Looks like he just exceeded the limits of the bearings briefly. Need to run clevite H bearings if you're going to push the limits that much.

he had way to much timing in the engine for spraying people have sprayed a lot more then him without damage because they pulled timing

I have 50 sets being machined up right now. They are 4-6 weeks out though.

Wonder wat kinda boost u will see on a 2.0l with the 2.4 pulley.
I see 28-29 psi at 8000 rpm

Also u planning on some FIC 190# Injectors. If so let me know so I can help u with fitment they don't exactly drop in.

Damn, sucks to hear that And you must have been having one hell of a time with 3rd with that trap speed! Should be at least another 10mph or so on spray.

Good attitude towards it though. Time to go stronger! Only 3,300 miles though, I have put that on mine this year already:/

Can't wait until she is back together.

If you hit 394 whp with your old setup, I can only imagine what she will make now.

That 383 was on a 105* day. Same setup, better weather and more fuel... Better results

There never sent me the graph

I'd probably consider upgrading the rod bolts at this point in time as well if you havent already, just my suggestion.

Got locked out in both 2nd and 3rd gear when I took it down the track. So much time lost.
