ok so about time to update my build thread.

first off all the supercharger parts are sold. I still have a Custom midlength header and catted/catless downpipes for sale if interested

so here is the build specs:

Girdled Gen 1 block with John Walters Custom spun ductile moly sleeves
Recoated Diamond 9.5:1 pistons
Pauter Rods
Oversized Titan wrist pins
Total Seal AP Stainless Rings with Napier cut second
Drilled oil passages for mains
Clevite H Rods bearings
GM Main Bearings
All new Main studs
Lightened crank
Balanced rotating assembly
ARP Head studs
Deleted Balance shafts
Timing Bolts enlarged to M8 with ARP bolts

going to run my ported head with a custom set of cams and adjustable cam gears
electric water pump setup
oil cooler relocate with bigger oil cooler

planning on running a Precision 6262 ball bearing turbo at 38-40psi, but may run a 256 to get it up and running because we have a lead on one
Tial or Precision 46mm waste gate with dump
Tial BOV
zzp or ottp turbo manifold
saab or ottp custom intake manifold
custom charge pipes
intercooler

well i was going to run a TVS1900 but the gains werent worth the extensive modifications for me at least

as far as why gen 1 question. i already had a built girdled gen 1 motor in my car, im just replacing sleeves, crank, 1 rod, and recoating pistons... as well as some upgrades while it is apart again

a sleeved and fully closed deck gen 1 IS THE STRONGEST ECO BLOCK COMBO THAT HAS EVER LIVED AND WILL REIGN AS BULLETPROOF UNTIL PROVEN OTHER WISE

yes im still gonna spray it, shot size will vary based on turbo spool needs

At 38-40 lbs on the 6262 you should have no problem making 700+whp off spray. If it doesn't then there is a large restriction somewhere. Should be on track for some serious power.

Hockey goin turbo too? Depending on boost you should have no problem hitting 530-550whp off bottle on the 256et for now.
